Kawasaki Motors Corp Class Action Lawsuit
For those who own a Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600 or Vulcan Classic 1600, model years 2005-2009: We received a letter regarding a class action lawsuit. For those who own one of these models and you have not received this letter, you will need to contact the legal counsels listed below to provide them notice of ownership as well. It is alleged that the defendant is in violation of the Federal Odometer Act 49 U.S.C. ss 32703(1) and (2). The legal counsels are:
