It's an unofficial gathering place for local bikers from all around the area. You'll have to be friendly enough to stop by and introduce yourself but they are a real nice group of people who are not judgemental of what you ride etc. You'll also find some of those same people here in the Chrome & Coffee Cruisers Group.
