8th Annual Ride Against Hunger at C & K Variety

A motorcycle ride for all bikers, takes place in both  Bangor this year. Participants can register at the start of the event.  A requested $10 donation per rider will enable the Good Shepherd Food-Bank to provide $80.00 worth of food for Mainers in need! I am looking forward to meeting you. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. I heard from the Portland, Maine chapter #150 of STAR that their president and vice president, Edgar and Brian, will be coming up to support their new sister chapter. I met with them all last weekend when I attended their chapter meeting and event. The event was a blast! We all went snow tubing at Seacoast Fun Park! In the winter, the Bangor #483 STAR Chapter will also be hosting similar events, but for us we'll use Hermon Mountain. :) I tell ya, they are already like a family. They are a great group of folks. Something I really want to create up here, more community and friendships.
