Whose Coming to the Meet & Greet this Saturday?
Hi Everyone,
Hope to see as many of you as possible this Saturday morning for the first meet and greet of the Bangor #483 STAR Chapter. We will be meeting at Friend and Friend at 10am - in Orono (exit 193).
I just received the official charter document in the mail today and will bring that with me. Also, a few friends from the Portland, Maine STAR chapter #150 will be coming up to join us. We'll talk about STAR, the new chapter, and take a look at that new charter, which will become the official charter of the chapter once it is signed in April and received at the international STAR office. Bam! Then we are official!
So, hope to be meeting you all soon!

You all are awesome! Thank you so much for making it to our first meet and greet. It was a success, with close to 20 folks makiing out to check out STAR and the new Bangor chapter. It was fantastic to meet so many of you that I have emailed, facebooked, called on the phone during the last two months or so. We're off to a great start - thanks to all of you. Thanks to the Portland STAR members, Edward, Joyce, Brian , Tiffancy, and Zack - the folks at the meeting got to see what it is like to be part of STAR. Family, Rides, (food), and FUN!
Next - the charter signing on April 10th at 2 at Friend and Friend Orono.
