You could go to TRI-Sports in Topsham, their parts guy is awesome and I have not heard anything negative about the service department, however I have been told by numerous people that the sales department and general customer service attitude boarders on apathy and disinterest. If all you need is routine service on Kawasaki they may be a good choice.

Good to know William. I, too, like Woody's but he doesn't like to work on Kawasaki's..
Permalink Reply by Jeff on April 12, 2012 at 5:46pm I have to agree with you on Blouins, we bought an ATV and a car from them and their service has always been great. I think they may have worked on my Boulevard when I owned that also.

I must say that I have nothing but "good" to say about Paul Blouin Suzuki in Augusta. We bought our first used(2004) bike in the fall of 2007. The warranty had long-since expired, and of course I had reservations about any possible problems. I was assured by the salesman, the service department, and the owner himself(Paul Blouin) that I need not worry, they would "take care of me". I've brought the bike in 3-4 times for work, including installation of some aftermarket parts, some recall work(ecm), and the rear brake was sticking(so they tore it down and rebuilt/greased/reinstalled it). Each time I expected to pay for at least the labor, and each time at the checkout counter I was met with a grin and a "no charge....enjoy your bike"!! To this day, I will walk in after a 6-month hiatus(of course, I always have to check out the "new" bikes) and the salesman greets me with a "hi Jody!" every time. They truly want to earn and keep our business!
I agree. Jason is great to deal with. He rebuilt my forks last season and he will be the only person working on my bike besides me from now on.

Buckshot Powersports in Weeks Mills is a small family run shop, offering excellent prices on tires, and VERY reasonable labor for installation. Beats the crap out of the local HD shop, North Country. . . the one place I would NEVER take a bike, for anything. Jason's number at Buckshot's is 207-445-2300.
Permalink Reply by David White on August 6, 2012 at 10:48am Starting Line in Waterville, Dave can work on about anything. I've taken everything from 70's era Hondas to my current 09 Street Glide to him. Work is done right, and he can coax every last pony out of the bike.
i've had good luck with them.

Anyone know anything about Reggie's in Leeds? I like Woody's in Topsham, but because I drive a Kawasaki they don't really service Kawasaki's. All I wanted was a chain/sprocket/brake inspection. Seems to be bikes would be fairly standard in that arena, but apparently not...
